Why Do My MSG Emails Open Fine in Outlook but Can't Be Shared Easily?

My MSG emails open properly in Outlook, but sharing them with others is difficult, especially when they don’t have Outlook installed. I need a way to convert MSG files into PDF format so I can easily share and view emails while keeping the original content and attachments.

I had the same problem while sharing MSG emails with someone who did not use Outlook. The files opened perfectly on my computer, but sending them as MSG was not very useful because the receiver needed Outlook or another compatible application to read them.

For a few emails, I used Outlook’s print option to save messages as PDF files. It worked, but when the number of emails increased, opening each MSG file one by one became a tiring task. Attachments and email details also needed extra attention.

Then I used MSG files and changed them to PDF format. I did this so that they would be readable from almost any device. To do this I used a program called Softaken MSG to PDF Converter.

It is always better to convert many MSG emails to PDF before sharing them. One should try some files before converting all of them.
