Okay, so I’m finally moving next week and I really don’t want to deal with broken stuff or no-shows. I’ve had a bad experience before — movers were late, careless, and charged extra for stairs (seriously?!). This time I want someone dependable and upfront about the cost. Any suggestions from people who’ve actually had a smooth move?
