When selecting a CRM software for nonprofits, prioritize open architecture for flexibility, API availability for integrations (like payment gateways or email tools), role-based user access, secure data storage, and modular design. A solid CRM nonprofit software should also offer customizable forms, automation for recurring donations, and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
