When I was house-hunting, I was genuinely surprised by how spacious the 3 BHK in Thane options are. Compared to Mumbai city, you actually get room to breathe. Some apartments in Thane offer big living rooms and even a separate utility area. I remember L&T Evara caught my eye for its layout and well-designed common spaces. It was a good one!
