Micro Ring Hair Extensions, as a "cold fusion" technique, do not need any glue but do need tons of discipline. In order to maintain them without making them look unnatural or causing harm to your hair, please keep in mind these basic rules:
Professional Refitting: You should come to your stylist every 6–8 weeks. Due to hair growth, rings move up; only a professional can fix them so that they do not hang and put pressure on your roots.
Shampoo Routine: Choose sulfate-free products and apply conditioner only from the mid-lengths till the tips. Do not apply oils or conditioner in any way to the parts close to the rings because this leads to "slippage."
Brushing: Use an extension loop brush for this. Always take the hair by the roots when combing and comb only the tips.
Sleep Habits: Do not go to bed with wet hair. Instead, tie it into a loose braid and use a silk pillowcase.
Daily Check: Manually separate rings with your fingers each day to make sure they do not "nest."
