Hey everyone!

I have been hearing the term “intimate wedding” more and more lately, especially when couples talk about modern wedding styles. But what exactly does it mean?

From what I understand, an intimate wedding is a small, personal celebration that focuses on close relationships rather than a large guest list. Instead of inviting hundreds of people, couples usually invite a small group of family members and close friends, often around 10 to 50 guests.

Some common features of an intimate wedding include:
  • Smaller guest list – Only the people who matter most.
  • Personal atmosphere – More meaningful conversations and moments.
  • Unique venues – Homes, gardens, beaches, or boutique venues.
  • More focus on experience – Better food, decor, and quality time with guests.
Many couples choose intimate weddings because they feel more relaxed, meaningful, and budget-friendly compared to large traditional weddings.

What do you think about intimate weddings?

  • Have you attended one?
  • Are you planning one?
  • Do you prefer small weddings or big celebrations?
Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
