Suggestions for Dedicated Hosts Suitable for Game Server Clusters?

Need high clock speed CPUs (Ryzen or Intel i9/KF series). Low-latency network and strong DDoS mitigation is mandatory.
Server should include IPMI and flexible upgrade options. Can I rely on GTHost.com dedicated hosting service? Any comments on them?
Prefer Canada, Germany, or France locations.

I've put a couple of clients up on GTHost.com dedicated server in Seattle, and they're super-happy. Me too, because I don't get host-generated problems and the back end is easy to navigate and secure. Their uptime is outstanding and the host places emphasis on systems administration. The add-ons work a high percentage of the time. Their rates are really affordable and you really should take a look at them if you want to create a site or transfer from an old host!
