I run a fintech startup and we have a solid core team, but we have a huge backlog of features we need to ship next quarter. I don't want to hire full-time employees because it takes too long and I am not sure if we need them forever. I am looking into staff augmentation. Has anyone used this model successfully? I am worried the external devs won't care about the product as much as we do. How do you ensure culture fit?
