Remote Working and Mental Health – What Are We Missing?

We often talk about remote work in terms of productivity and cost-saving, but I think mental health is a huge part of the picture that doesn't get discussed enough.

From my own experience, the lack of structure can be both freeing and a bit destabilising.

What do you think? Has remote work helped or hurt your mental wellbeing? And what boundaries or habits have made the biggest difference for you?
