Payza to Paypal Money transfer?

Hello Everyone I am a resident of India,
I dont own a credit card so I cannot upload any cash to my paypal account, I have some cash in payza that I would like to transfer to paypal. I need some money on my paypla account urgent.
Is anyone interested in a trade?
I am a new member of http://www.ewebdiscussion.com/ so I am willing to go first.
Please only trusted members, No scammers.
I'm not sure how things work here but if a trusted member can help me please contract me.

PayPal's terms state that you are not allowed to exchange funds between different payment processors, and if they find this activity on your account, they will suspend you and freeze all of your funds for a very long-time.
