After moving to Office 365, Outlook stopped syncing my old OST file. It still has important project emails that I can not open anymore. Can anyone suggest a simple way to convert OST to HTML for viewing in a browser?

If Outlook isn’t syncing your old OST file after moving to Office 365, it’s likely because the OST file is no longer connected to the new Exchange server. To access your old project emails, you can convert the OST file into a readable format like HTML. The best way to do this is by using the OST to PST Converter Tool. This tool allows you to safely open and export data from inaccessible OST files and convert them into HTML format for easy viewing in any browser, without losing any email content or formatting.

If Outlook isn’t syncing your old OST file after a server migration, it’s because the OST file is tied to your previous Exchange or Outlook profile and can’t reconnect to the new server. In such cases, you can’t access old emails directly in Outlook. In this situation, you can simply use a tool, such as Softaken OST to HTML Converter, to export your OST data to HTML format. This tool can export all the mailbox items (emails, attachments, folders, etc.) to HTML files that can be read with a web browser. The created HTML files can be opened and viewed in any web browser, with or without the need to connect to Outlook or the old server. It is the most secure way to export and utilize your old mailbox and is efficient after a migration.
