My family is looking to move into a 3 BHK builder floor soon. We work near Golf Course Extension Road. We are currently torn between buying a premium high-rise near work or a low-rise Polo Reserve in Sohna.
We value privacy and green surroundings, which Sohna seems to offer, but I'm worried about the daily commute. How long does it really take to drive from Sohna to Golf Course Ext Road during peak hours in 2026? Also, how is the maintenance cost for independent floors Gurgaon compared to high-rise societies? Any residents here?
