Hi GTA folks! We are planning to finish our basement this winter, but we have some minor moisture issues near the baseboards that we absolutely need to address first. A coworker recommended Leaquida to me. I took a look at their methodology for interior basement waterproofing in Toronto on the site https://leaquida.ca/interior-waterproofing-toronto/ and I like that they install a proper vapor barrier membrane before hooking the new drain up to the sump pump. Before I sign a contract, I just wanted to ask if anyone here has used them specifically for inside work? Was the dust and noise manageable while they were breaking the concrete?
