Looking for Better Ways to Manage Security Teams Across Multiple Sites

I've been researching different ways security companies handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and incident reporting when guards are working across multiple locations. Managing everything manually seems to create a lot of extra work and increases the chances of errors.

While reading about workforce management tools, I came across SecurityTime and noticed it includes features related to rostering and guard tracking. I'm curious if anyone here has experience using similar platforms.

What solutions are you currently using, and what features have made the biggest difference in day-to-day operations? I'd appreciate any recommendations or insights from people managing security teams.
