I’m looking for some honest advice after a recent experience with LaundryBee -Queens Village Laundromat in New York. I used their drop-off service expecting standard care, but several items came back heavily wrinkled, a couple of stains were still visible, and one lightweight shirt had slight shrinkage. There wasn’t much communication about washing or drying preferences, and I wasn’t asked about fabric types. The damage wasn’t extreme, but it was noticeable enough to make me concerned about using similar services again.
I’m trying to understand whether this is common with high-volume laundromats or if I should have given clearer instructions. Has anyone faced something similar, and how do you prevent it in the future?
