Hey fellow landlords. Just a heads up for anyone managing properties in the GTA. One of my tenants managed to completely crack the tank on their Toto last weekend. Instead of panicking and trying to DIY it, I immediately booked the toilet repair services in Toronto here https://pomplumbing.ca/toilet-repair-services/ based on some excellent Google reviews I’d saved. They replaced the tank and checked the flange within a couple of hours. Very reasonable pricing and great communication. Definitely adding them to my permanent vendor list!
