Is Digital Marketing Losing Its Human Touch Because of AI?

Digital marketing has changed massively in the last few years. AI tools can now create content, automate campaigns, optimise ads, and even respond to customers automatically. While automation saves time and improves efficiency, many marketers feel that content is starting to look repetitive and less authentic.

Do you think digital marketing is becoming over-automated?
Can AI replace creativity and human emotions in marketing, or should automation only be used as a supporting tool?

Would love to hear opinions from marketers, SEO experts, content creators, and business owners.

I believe automation is helpful when it comes to repetitive tasks like reporting, scheduling, targeting, and campaign optimisation. But when brands rely completely on AI-generated content, the originality and emotional connection often disappear. People connect more with authentic storytelling and real experiences, not just perfectly optimised content. In my opinion, the best marketing strategy is a balance between AI efficiency and human creativity.
