Is Couple Counselling Only for Relationships in Crisis?

Many people assume that couple counselling is only needed when a relationship is on the verge of breaking down. However, some couples seek professional guidance even when things are relatively stable.

In your opinion, can couple counselling help strengthen communication, trust, and emotional connection before serious problems develop? Have you seen examples where early support helped prevent misunderstandings from becoming bigger issues?

I believe healthy relationships require ongoing effort, and learning better communication skills can benefit couples at any stage of their journey. It would be interesting to hear different perspectives and experiences from the community.

What are your thoughts on the role of couple counselling in maintaining long-term relationship health?
