Is $74k a good deal for a full pilot training program

I found a school offering a full pilot training program for $73,950. Supposedly it includes everything – private, commercial, CFI, etc. Just wondering if that’s a decent rate or if I should be skeptical. Anyone know what’s fair these days?

Normally that kind of program would cost over $80k, so the discount looks real. It includes M1/F1 visa assistance, full flight hours, instructor course, and even guidance on how to build hours post-grad. It’s their 40-year anniversary, so the deal’s for a limited time. Looks like a good value if you want the full training path.
