I keep seeing articles saying AI will replace millions of jobs but then other people say it'll just create new ones. Honestly I don't know what to believe anymore. I work in customer support and I've already seen chatbots taking over a lot of the basic queries. Should people like me be actively planning for a career change? Or is the job displacement thing being way overblown? Would love to hear from people in different industries about how AI is affecting their work.
How worried should we actually be about AI taking over jobs in the next 10 years?
