Extracting mailbox content becomes particularly challenging when trying to recover data from an orphaned OST file without Exchange access, since a disconnected OST cannot be resynced or mounted through standard Outlook profile settings once the original account is deprovisioned or deleted. Recreating the Outlook profile only restores access when the Exchange account remains active—deleted accounts leave the OST permanently disconnected with no native recovery path. Exporting through Outlook's Import/Export wizard requires the OST to be actively mounted, which is impossible when the linked account no longer exists. The SysInfo OST Recovery Tool reads orphaned OST files directly without requiring any Exchange server connection or active Outlook profile, recovering emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, journals, and notes through Standard, Advanced, or Deep recovery modes depending on corruption severity. Recovered data is saved in PST, EML, MSG, DBX, or MBOX formats, making it accessible across multiple platforms. Compatible with all Outlook versions up to 2021 and all Windows versions, including Windows 11.
