There are many resources online, I would recommend you trying out Codecademy. They offer many different tutorials for all kinds of languages. If that doesn't work out for you, you could always read and practice your C++ on this website Learn C++.

If you learned HTML CSS and Javascript then why are you migrating to C++? I think this is a completely different field and much non related to the Website Development. So I ask!!!
