There isn’t a direct way to import MBOX to Exchange Online account. First, you have to convert the MBOX file into PST format, and then upload it using Microsoft’s Network Upload method. This process needs you to use Azure Storage, create a mapping file, and work inside the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center. It’s a bit technical and can be hard if you’re not familiar with these tools.
A much easier and safer option is to use the Advik MBOX Converter Software. This tool lets you import MBOX files straight into Exchange without any complicated steps. It keeps all your email folders, attachments, and formatting exactly the same. You can also move many MBOX files at once.
