My business is running pretty smoothly right now, can't complain too much. But there's always room to push things further, right? I want to figure out what's actually selling well versus what's just sitting there, and which parts of the operation could use some improvement. Inventory, marketing channels, customer preferences, all that stuff. Should I be hiring someone specifically to handle this kind of analysis, or are there automated platforms out there that can help break down the data and point out what needs attention?
