I’m part of a team that’s spread across three time zones. We use all the usual tools Slack, Notion, Google Meet but I still find it hard to replicate the kind of natural brainstorming you get in a room together.
There’s plenty of talk about how remote work increases productivity, but not enough about how to keep the creative and collaborative side alive.
So I’m asking here: what’s worked for your team? How do you maintain good communication and teamwork when you’re never in the same room?
