When I looked at luxury flats in Thane, especially big ones like a 4 BHK flat in Thane, I noticed Thane often gives more space and better value per square foot compared to Powai or Mulund. It tends to offer larger common areas and amenities at a lower cost.
That said, Powai and Mulund have their edge in terms of premium social infrastructure and shorter commute times to certain business hubs. For someone focused on getting more flat area or better amenities for the same money, Thane feels more generous. But if I wanted faster travel, lifestyle perks, and prestige, I’d still look seriously at Mulund or Powai. However, The Address by GS Thane changed my overview, and I decided to stick with Thane
