We’re a mid-sized nonprofit looking for a CRM that can handle donor records, volunteer tracking, and campaign analytics—all in one place. A lot of Nonprofit CRM Software solutions seem rigid or overly complex. We're especially looking for something open-source or customizable.

Has anyone used a Nonprofit CRM that allows flexible module configurations, custom fields, and integration with tools like Mailchimp or Google Workspace? Would love to hear about real-world use cases, challenges, or alternatives.

CiviCRM’s worked great for us—it’s open-source, customizable, and handles donor data, volunteers, and campaigns well. We’ve added custom fields, integrated it with Mailchimp and Google Workspace. The learning curve’s real, but once configured, it’s powerful. Worth considering if you’ve got some tech support or time to set it up.
