How can I extract attachments from multiple Outlook MSG files without saving email signature images?

I have many Outlook MSG files with invoices, reports, and other documents attached. The problem is that when I extract attachments, small logo images and signature files also get saved. This makes the output folder messy. Is there any way to extract only the actual attachments and skip unnecessary images?
