I’m considering purchasing a Breez Builder Floor at Polo Reserve in Sector 33. The developer is pushing the Mivan construction technology hard as a major USP for durability and finish.
Does Mivan really prevent seepage issues better than traditional brick-and-mortar? I’ve heard it can be noisy inside due to concrete walls. Also, since these are independent floors, how is the structural integrity of the Stilt + 4 design during earthquakes? Looking for technical insights from anyone in the construction industry or current residents of Breez Polo Reserve.
