We are interested in switching to a CRM that includes workflow automation and email broadcast capabilities. X2 Engine is looking good for it's affordability and since we can host it in our own facility instead of in the cloud. If you've used this software, what has your experience been? Have you utilized the workflow automation and/or email broadcast features? Thanks in advance for the feedback!
