Hi everyone
I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has dealt with something similar. Over the past few months, I’ve used LaundryBee - Queens Village Laundromat a few times because of convenience. At first, everything seemed fine - clothes came back clean and folded.
But after a few visits, I started noticing small issues. Some shirts felt slightly tighter than before. A couple of lighter fabrics felt rougher, almost over-dried. Nothing was dramatically ruined, but there were subtle changes that added up over time. I also realized that unless I specifically requested low heat or delicate handling, everything likely went through standard settings.
I’m not saying every experience there is bad, but I personally wouldn’t recommend using them again without being very specific about instructions. Has anyone else noticed shrinkage, fabric texture changes, or similar concerns after using drop-off services?
Would appreciate hearing other perspectives before deciding what to do next.
