Do you use No-follow links for SEO?

Almost every backlink that we create whether from article/blog site, forum site, document sharing site are providing no follow backlinks, but its worth full, Search engine worth them even nofollow backlinks can improve ranking, nofollow & can drive traffic!!

Nofollow is html tag that website owners, add to links in their website for the search engines not to crawl, notice, or acknowledge a link. While a nofollow link is ignored, but popular social networking site like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Myspace sites are nofollow, but they do provide a lot of other benefits.

Yes, We can use the no-follow link for SEO purpose. It helps to get traffic but it is not useful for page rank because of this links can't pass link juice to others.

A link has a few different connotations these days. It could mean, "this is an article that supports my viewpoint, and you might benefit by reading it, too." It could mean, "I do a lot of shopping here, and I think you should look at their cute dresses." Or it could simply mean, "I like cat videos!" But at its very core, a link is designed to create awareness of something on a different page.

As opposed to DoFollow links, when you build attribute rel = "nofollow" google spider will understand that 'ah so this boss announced his web should not care about it, only for the amount of traffic it alone '.

Nofollow is an HTML attribute value used to instruct search engines bots that a hyperlink should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index.
If a search engine finds a “no follow” backlink it will just ignore the link and will not get deeper into crawling and no link juice is passed.
So “no follow” backlinks are not important in terms of search engines as it is not crawled. The comments section mostly have no follow links. But that does not mean that these links are useless. You can still get some quality traffic from these also.
