Difference in data of Analytic and Webmaster!

Hi Friends,

Yesterday, I was analyzing the data of Webmaster and Analytics and came to the conclusion that their is difference in the data of both these tools. I want to know what can be the possible reason for the same.

Have checked both Analytic and Webmaster code are correct in the website.
