How does D2 perform in machining and heat treatment compared to other tool steels like D3 or H13? Any tips on cutting, grinding, or achieving better surface finish would also be helpful.
If anyone has experience sourcing from suppliers, especially in India, I’d appreciate feedback on quality and consistency. I’ve come across names like IMI ALLOYS INDIA LLP and Amardeep Steel would be great to know about material quality, pricing, and reliability from actual buyers.
