I’ve been upgrading my small metal workshop recently and realized that lighting affects productivity much more than I expected. Some areas feel too dark for detailed cutting and welding work, while others create too much glare on metal surfaces. I’m trying to understand what type of fixtures people usually install in medium-sized workshops and whether LED systems are really worth the investment over time. I’d appreciate hearing what has worked best for others.
