Our company has signed a contract with an oil refinery in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan, to supply some equipment. I need to fly there to inspect the site where the equipment will be installed and handle all the paperwork required for the shipment. I will need a car to get around the city and the surrounding area. Are there any rental services in Sumqayit? I have never been there before.
