Considering a whisky cask broker ECM (https://edinburghcaskmanagement.com/cask-collection/) route for an exit. What was the realistic timeline from initial inquiry to funds cleared? Any advice on getting samples/regauges done early so buyers don’t stall, and which documents were non-negotiable at contract stage?
