You seem to be talking about keyword density. How many times should you have keyword for so many words on each page or post. Most people say 3%or less. if you have blog post that is 300 words the most you should ever have for your keyword listed in that post is 9 times 3 for 100 and 9 times for 300 and so on. I would stay under 3% try 2%
