I’ve been testing a few backlink sources lately and honestly the results aren’t as straightforward as people make it sound. Guest posts on niche blogs still feel the most stable if you can actually get accepted. Forum links can help a bit, but only when you’re genuinely contributing, otherwise they get ignored or removed. I’ve also had some luck with resource pages and a couple of directory submissions, though most directories are pretty weak now. Quora and Reddit are okay for visibility, not pure SEO juice. Overall, I think consistency matters more than chasing “best” sources over time really
