If you are talking about online tutorials, there are many on the net. Two which I like are CodeAcademy and W3school. Their approaches are a bit different from each other so if you use both you can learn in different ways which can help you to understand the subject better.

I can recommend HTMLdog. It has some easy to understand HTML and CSS tutorials. I still use it for reference once in a while.

Definitely give Codeacademy a try. They not only cover HTML, but plenty of other relevant languages and technologies as well. They also plan to continue to add new languages. They recently added PHP to their lineup. You study at your own pace with a good sense of progress.
