Anyone Noticing Subtle Fabric Damage After Using Laundry Services?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to get some honest opinions from others who regularly use drop-off laundry services. Recently, I started noticing small changes in my clothes after using LaundryBee - Queens Village Laundromat. At first, everything looked fine - clean, folded, and ready to use.

But after a few visits, I began to notice differences. Some fabrics felt slightly rough, a couple of shirts didn’t fit the same, and certain items had more wrinkles than usual. Nothing was completely ruined, but the overall quality didn’t feel the same as before.

It made me wonder if standard wash and drying settings are used for everything unless we specifically ask otherwise. I didn’t give detailed instructions at first, so maybe that played a role.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with laundry services? Do you usually give specific instructions, or do you expect them to handle different fabrics properly by default?

Would really like to hear how others deal with this.
