The 200 hour yoga teacher training taught me much more than I expected. Before joining the course, I mainly wanted to improve my flexibility and yoga practice. However, the training introduced me to meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and anatomy in a way that completely changed my understanding of yoga. I learned how yoga can positively influence mental health, emotional wellbeing, and daily habits. The instructors explained every topic with patience and encouraged us to grow at our own pace. Over time, I became more aware of my thoughts, breathing, and lifestyle choices. Completing the training gave me a stronger connection with myself and a deeper appreciation for mindful living.
