If I manually build my back links, to high pr sites,will they immediately becomes visible using one of the available back links checkers' tools ?

Not immediately, they need to get indexed by Google search engine.

Which soft do you use to check the back links? However, i use google webmaster tool but it shows results after some days.

you can see in webmaster tools, but it takes some time.
