I am honored to serve as a Legacy Capital Advisor and consulting Policy Advisor to Southface Energy Institute, where I focus on shaping environmental policy, energy efficiency programs, and sustainability initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, my work has been dedicated to ensuring the responsible management of Georgia’s natural resources and advancing policies that promote a cleaner and more resilient future.

A Career Rooted in Policy, Finance, and Conservation​

Throughout my career, I have played an instrumental role in developing strategies for natural resource conservation, environmental finance, and sustainable development. My experience with the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) and the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) has given me a deep understanding of policy development and implementation at both regulatory and financial levels.

At EPD, I was responsible for overseeing policies that protect Georgia’s air, water, and land resources. My efforts involved strategic planning, regulatory oversight, and working closely with stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for pressing environmental challenges. At GEFA, I focused on improving financial mechanisms that support critical environmental infrastructure projects, ensuring long-term sustainability and accessibility of funding.

As a Legacy Capital Advisor and Policy Advisor, I continue to influence the environmental and financial landscape by advising on policy frameworks, regulatory reforms, and capital investment strategies that support conservation and sustainability efforts.
