Is remote working really more productive or just more convenient?

Hi everyone,

I've been working remotely for over a year now and while I love the flexibility, I'm starting to question whether it's actually more productive. Without the office buzz and spontaneous chats, sometimes the day feels a bit too quiet.

Have others noticed a dip or boost in productivity? Keen to hear different perspectives – especially from team leads or business owners who've made the switch permanently.
