How does the rental application and approval process work with Greenrock Property Management?

Has anyone here actually gone through the rental application process with Greenrock Property Management? I’m trying to figure out what it’s really like in practice, not the polished version you usually see on listings. Do they take long to review applications, and do they usually ask for a lot of documents upfront? I’m planning to move soon and trying to avoid getting stuck in a slow approval loop or missing something important in the paperwork. Any real experiences would be super helpful, especially if you’ve applied recently.

Yeah, I went through it earlier this year, so I can share how it went for me. The process wasn’t too complicated, but it was more structured than I expected. First, I filled out the online application, then they asked for proof of income, ID, and rental history almost immediately after. The approval itself took around 3–5 business days in my case, but I think it depends on how fast your references respond. One thing I noticed is they’re quite strict about completeness—if something is missing, they don’t really “chase you,” they just pause the review until you send everything.

I also remember checking their official info while preparing my documents, just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything important, especially around requirements and steps. This is the page I looked at at the time: https://greenrockrsca.com/ It helped me understand what they expect from tenants before you even submit anything, so I didn’t have to resubmit documents later.

Overall, I’d say it felt pretty standard for a property management company, just a bit detail-oriented. Nothing chaotic, but you do need to be organized or it slows things down.
