Eligibility Criteria for NIFT Entrance Exam

Must be noted that all candidates wishing to pursue a Bachelors degree in NIFT must be maximum 23 years of age.



Bachelors of Design

A four year course with specializations as given below require the candidate to have cleared 10+2 from any educational board.

· Accessory Design

· Fashion Communication

· Fashion Design Knitwear

· Design Leather

· Design Textile Design



Bachelors in Fashion Technology

This four year course in Apparel production requires the candidate to have taken (Physics, Chemistry and Math) in +1 and +2.



Masters of Design & Master of Fashion Management

These are two year courses that requires the candidate to have;

Bachelor Degree from any Institute/ University recognized by law in India or Undergraduate Diploma of minimum 3 years duration in UG Design from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or National Institute of Design (NID)



Masters of Fashion Technology

Bachelor of Fashion Technology(B.F.Tech.) from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E )/ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from any Institute / University recognized by law in India.
