It happened so that I started looking for professional host with servers in Croatia that offers reseller hosting plans along with 24/7 customer support.
What are your views on webhosting-wmd.hr and their hosting deals? Is it reliable host? How is their support?
 
I suggest you better to get more options to choose from. Take a look at SiveHost.com that is well-known as stable host which plans are featured and cheap.
 
To my mind Kvchosting.com would be best fit for any webmaster who is looking not only cheap, but reliable company no matter what location is preferred. They have highest performance I've ever experienced.
