I'm planning to launch a vacation rental platform similar to Airbnb, but focused entirely on pet-friendly stays—think dog-friendly cabins, cat-safe apartments, etc. I’ve searched everywhere but couldn’t find a tool or ready-made clone that supports:

• Filtering based on pet types
• Host rules like “No large dogs” or “Only one pet allowed”
• Extra charges for cleaning after pets
• Liability waivers or pet policies integrated during checkout

Most Airbnb clones I found only offer the basic booking engine without room for this kind of customization.
Just wondering—is there a tool or dev partner that supports all this without building from scratch?
