Managing a remote team across the UK and India has been exciting but challenging. Time zones, communication gaps, and project tracking can get messy fast.
What tools or systems are working for you? I've tried Slack and Trello, but I'm curious if there are better options for truly asynchronous collaboration. Suggestions welcome!
